①管理運営：IZUM　②作成・参加館：600館　③検索対象：図書，雑誌，雑誌記事　④レコード件数：800万件　⑤書誌データフォーマット：UNIMARC，COMARC，MARC21　⑥特記：1987年にユーゴスラビア国立図書館協会により共同分担目録構築を決定。情報科学研究所IZUMにより連邦主要55図書館によりネットワークが成立。1991年の連邦崩壊によりスロベニア以外の図書館は共同分担目録事業から脱退。その後2003年にクロアチアを除く旧ユーゴ諸国によってCOBISS.Netのネットワークの設立に関する協定が締結され，2006年にブルガリアが加盟した。各国総合目録を統合した目録の提供はない　⑦URL：http://www.cobiss.net/
